21ST SWAMI GITANANDA BEST YOUTH AND BEST CHILD AWARD 2023
The Pondicherry Yogasana Association organised the 21st Swami Gitananda Best Youth & Best Child Awards 2023 competition as part of the 6th Decennial Meet of Vishwa Yoga Samaj (Yoga Jivana Satsanga) on 9th September 2023 at Yoganjali Natyalayam.
Nearly 50 children and youths participated in the event, with Selvi M S HERA winning the Best Youth Award and Selvi HASINI DAYARIN winning the Best Child Award. Selvi Avni Ramrakshani and Selvi Niyati Ramrakshani secured 1st Runners Up in Youth and Child categories respectively.
The awards were given away in a glittering function held on September 15th, 2023 at ICYER (Ananda Ashram) by Param Pujya Ammaji, Director, ICYER in the esteemed presence of Yogacharya Kalaimamani Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, Natyamamanai Smt. Devasena Bhavanani, Yogacharini Jnanasundari, Yogacharya Muralidharan, Yogacharini Deepika, Yogachariani Sangeetha, Yogacharini Padma, Yogathilakam Lalitha Shammugam and Yogathilakam C Shanmugam.
The event was ably organized by the wonderful Yoga Team of Yogachemmal G Dayanidy, Yogachemmal Smt. Reena Joseph D with inputs from Master Anandraj Bhavanani, the Junior Chairman of ICYER. Daya and Reena have been dedicated and committed students of Yognat for many years, and having been winners of the Youth Awards themselves have dedicated themselves to continuing the event to help many more youngsters grow in spirit.
Swami Gitananda Best Youth and Child Award 2023 event coordinators express their gratitude and special thanks to the Organising Chairman Yogacharya Kalaimamani Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani and the Organising Secretary Selvi Dhivya Priya Bhavanani who made sure all events of the 6th Decennial Meet of Vishwa Yoga Samaj (Yoga Jivana Satsanga) were a great success.
