Going back hOMe through Nada Yoga Sadhana
Born as a human being, we are endowed with the power of choice. We can choose our destiny by what we do in the present moment.
Do it now! Do it now! Do it now!
“DIN DIN DIN!!” said Swami Gitananda Giri so very often.
If not now, when?
If not, here, where?
Pujya Ammaji reminds us that Dharma is our responsibility as a human being to fulfill the purpose of our life, the purpose of our incarnation doing the right thing, for the right person, at the right time, in the right manner.
The Srimad Bhagavad Gita reminds us that the highest Dharma is Swadharma. The responsibility to our own self is where real Yoga starts.
Nada Yoga enables us to understand the context of the human incarnation. We understand that we are a spiritual being enjoying a human experience on planet earth.
Through the Nada Yoga Sadhana, we can attempt to retrace our way back to the primal source, just like the Salmon swims against the current, moving upstream to go back to its place of birth.
We all have arisen from that causal source of existence from that Linga/ Karana Sharira. We have manifested through the subtle layers of the Sukshma Sharira and become the physical entity in this Sthula Sharira.
Now is the opportunity. The present moment, this Kshana provides us the platform to begin our journey back home, sweet OM. This is a journey that moves from the gross to the causal through the subtle. It is a journey of self, to the Self, through the self.
May we all be blessed on this journey.
May we all realize our true nature and become one with our innate Divinity.
That is our birthright, that is our goal.
Hariom tat sat.
