Excerpts from Dr Ananda’s sessions on Deeper Gitananda for those who have completed Yoga: Step-by-Step of Yogamaharishi Dr.Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj through ICYER at Ananda Ashram, Pondicherry

Dr Ananda stated

“…Intuition is coming from a much deeper place, and what is that place?… I realized it comes from the Anandamaya Kosha. This intuitive knowing, what is called Jñā. From Jñā comes Jñāna, from Jñā comes Gnosis, from which comes Knowledge. They have that similar root, that Greek, Latin roots of Jna Jna …. The connection to your Anandamaya Kosha, because your Anandamaya Kosha is the thinnest layer of your individuality. The thickest layer of your individuality is your Annamaya, your physical body. Which is why nobody can be in your body, except you. And that is why no two bodies can occupy the same place at the same time…”

“Anandamaya Kosha is like the thinnest most rarified aspect of your individuality which is on the threshold of universality. So that part of you which has a toe in the doorstep of eternity, of universality, is your Anandamaya Kosha. Its still you. Anandamaya Kosha is still you, but it is the thinnest part, the most stretched out part and because it is the thinnest, most rarified, most stretched out part of you it has the highest degree of freedom. And it is at that point you tap into, and you can download. Swamiji talks about those Para Prana Vayus , Akasha Prana Vayu you can download from the Akashic Record, from the Akashic. From what Patanjali calls Prajna Loka. Again “Pra” remember I talked about Jñā, “Pra” that which is preceding Jñā. Prajna, that transcendental wisdom and you tap into it and you “just know”. …
